A set of programs for simulating beacon satellite propagation through the Earth's ionosphere. Standard satellite orbit parameters and an earth magnetic field model are used to define the propagation paths. PropCode3 uses these inputs to calculate a measurement field realization. Signal modulation is synthesized by scanning the field along the translation direction determined from the orbit parameters. Documentation and examples are included.
