Detect Vessel direction
I use a series of gabor filters to detect the direction of vessel.

It solves the detection of the vessel. Once you click the mouse on the image of the vessel, the corresponding gabor filter will be shown and the direction of this gabor filter is the direction of the vessel in this point. You can also change the size or the interval angle of the gabor filter.
