DNAtranslator is a small function to convert a DNA sequence into the correspondent protein sequence. DNAtranslator can accept as input a raw DNA sequence, i.e. DNAtranslator('ACTGTTACCGAATCA'), or a plain text file where the sequence is saved, i.e. DNAtranslator('cdna.txt'). In the zip file you will find a cdna.txt to use as demo: it is the cDNA sequence of the SBDS gene.
