                  A modified version of the shipping demo rf_amp_qam16
                
                  
              The shipping demo is modified to include a measurement on the transmitter of the phase rotation due to the amplifier.  This measurement is fed back to the Tx and the signal is pre-rotated prior to transmission to compensate for this at the Transmitter.
In order to get a low BER, need to lower slider gain to about 1 and throw switch to top position.
