A pair of files for calculating Cochran statistics.
The file COCH_INV.M calculates the Cochran's critical values themselves. The file ACOCHINV.M returns the inverse of the 'anti-Cochran's' statistics, min(S^2)/sum(S^2), cumulative probability.
