This project connects directly to the “Matrix Decomposition” and “Applications of Linear Algebra"
Noisy images contain random high-frequency variations, which usually affect smaller singular values.
By reconstructing the image using only the top singular values, we naturally filter out noise while preserving main structures.
Thus, SVD acts like a low-pass filter in matrix space.
