Impedance Matching Layer Cascade Reflection & Transmission

Perform transmission line type calculations for a wave propagating from a source to load through an impedance matching layer

You are now following this Submission

A collection of MATLAB scripts and functions that perform transmission line type calculations to determine transmission and reflection coefficients for a wave propagating from a medium with impedance z0 to a load zL (and vice versa).
Functions to calculate impedances of binomial and Chebyshev matching layer cascades are called. Normalised accumulated phase is used in plots such that phase = 0.5 for the target frequency of a quarter wavelength matching layer.
Full details can be found in the text "A demonstration of a sonic crystal as an impedance matching layer to an ultrasonic piezoelectric transducer".
