Solar Panel 200W
Version 1.0.1 (35.4 KB) by
yassine seghrouchni
This is a mathematical model of 200W solar panel (PV) using a single diode equivalent circuit
This model simulates a 200W photovoltaic (PV) panel using the single-diode equivalent circuit, implemented in MATLAB. It is a mathematical model that represents the electrical behavior of the panel under varying environmental conditions, including changes in temperature and irradiance.
The model parameters are:
- Open-circuit voltage (Voc): 32.9 V
- Short-circuit current (Isc): 8.21 A
- Series resistance (Rs): 0.221 Ω
- Shunt resistance (Rsh): 415.405 Ω
- Number of cells in series (Ns): 54
- Ideality factor (n): 1.3
- Temperature coefficient of current (Ki): 0.0032 A/K
This tool is ideal if you are looking to:
- Analyze I-V and P-V characteristics
- Study the effect of temperature and irradiance on PV performance
- Integrate PV models into broader renewable energy systems or MPPT algorithms
