Function to convert Cartesian to Cylindrical and Spherical coordinates
Accepts the Cartesian coordinates [x y z]T of a point and the components of a vector [Ax Ay Az]T in Cartesian coordinates at that point.
Call the function [c,s] = cart2csvector(Point,Vector)
