Simbiology model merger
Version 1.0.1 (18.8 KB) by
Ravi Kumar Pallantla
Merge two simbiology models from two different files without manually copy pasting.
The provided matlab functions can be used to combine two simbiology models. You just enter the names of the files as inputs to the functions, and the functions merge the models. For merging the model diagrams, I provide three options ---- a) horizontal concatenation, b) vertical concatenation and c) diagonal concatenation.
A demo showing the usage of the functions is also provided, the details of which are present in the provided "readme.txt" file.
The functions have been created with Matlab R2018b. The provided functions may work with simbiology models created with earlier versions, but haven't checked it though. Please comment below your experience if it is working/not working with versions earlier than R2018b. The functions do not work with versions later than R2018b, i.e., from R2019a and so on.
In the comments below, please leave your questions/difficulties/successes in using the provided functions.
