Fast calculation of an empirical Cumulative Distribution Function (CDF).
Small routine to calculate an empirical Cumulative Distribution Function (CDF). Faster than MATLAB's ecdf function and no toolboxes required.
Example:
x = -5 + 0.2*randn(1e6, 1);
[F, xF] = ecdfCalc(x);
plot(xF, F)
