Coefficients of normalized Butterworth polynomial of order n
This function returns a row vector p of length n+1, whose elements are the coefficients (in descending powers) of an nth-degree Butterworth polynomial:
Bn(s) = p(1)*s^n + p(2)*s^(n−1) + ... + p(n)*s + p(n+1)
The ordering of the coefficients allows them to be directly used in the polyval() function.
