Sort_Alpha_Overleaf
This function sorts a list in alphabetical order for use in overleaf tables

The purpose of this function is to sort a list alphabetically for use in overleaf. This function currently only sorts for tables but future functionally could be for other things.
It currently sorts by the first word e.g. if you have an abbreviation followed by a definition, it sorts by the abbreviation
