Selective defocussing for background blurring

In this project any image of one's own choice can be taken. We can manually drag and select the Region Of Interests(ROIs) each of different sizes or in other words which parts we want sharpness and details to reamin intact. This is selective de focussing.
The rest parts i.e. background is blurr. Minimum and maximum blur factor is implemented.
Like for example here a photo of 5 people is taken. The focus is on the faces of 4 people other parts are blurr.

Output Image:
Here we can see the Faces of four people is in focus other part is blurr. This is done manually of different sizes.
