2D Electron diffraction patterns to 1D two-theta plots

Converts 2D electron diffraction patterns to integrated 1D intensity patterns and equivalent XRD two-theta plots (with user-defined lambda).

A simple script that converts 2D electron diffraction patterns to integrated 1D intensity patterns and equivalent XRD two-theta plots (with user specified lambda). The scale can be retrieved automatically from the header file if available. The script essentially finds the central point of the diffraction pattern (with user-supplied initial guess) and integrate the intensities radially to create a 1D patterns that can be compared to powder XRD results. Example is provided.
