Steven LordI joined The MathWorks in the Technical Support department during the summer of 2001 and transferred into the Quality Engineering department in March of 2004. I now work qualifying the core MATLAB numerical functions (PLUS, MINUS, LU, FFT, ODE45, etc.)
For assistance with MATLAB question please post to MATLAB Answers or contact Technical Support using the Contact Us link in the upper-right corner of the page instead of contacting me directly.

DGMHi, I'm nobody. I don't belong here, but I have nothing better to do. Matlab used to be part of my work. Now it's part of my hobbies. That's pretty sad, really. -- I don't reply to email anymore. If you have a question about my questionable FEX submissions, leave a comment on the FEX page and I'll get the notification. Alternatively, ask a question on the forum and @DGM me so I'll get notified.

Alan WeissI write documentation for MATLAB mathematical toolboxes, primarily optimization. I have also written documentation for PDE, statistics, symbolic math, and econometrics. My pre-MathWorks job was with Bell Labs, primarily in mathematical models of data traffic, with a strong interest in parallel computation and in rare events (large deviations). I do not provide private consulting. If you have a question, please ask on a public forum such as MATLAB Answers.
