Why am I having problems with the image file formats and orientation in the Simulink System Snapshot Component in the Simulink Report Generator 1.2 (R12.1) ?

I selected Use system orientation, but regardless of what the system orientation is, I always get a Lansdcape image. This is consistent with many image formats, but not all. I found it to be true with Windows Metafiles and JPEG files.

Selecting the actual orientation only works for some image file formats.

This is a bug in the report generator Image Snapshot component. Our development staff has been notified and is currently looking into addressing this problem.

As a workaround, please try selecting the actual orientation instead of the 'use system orientation' option. This will work for some image formats.
