Taking average over specified grid box resolution?

I have a latitude=88.75:2.5:-88.75 and longitude=-178.75:2.5:178.75; Data=rand(144, 72) ;what I want to take average over every 2.5 × 2.5 deg grid box over the Data.

sepblockfun(Data,[2,2],'mean')
