Hi,
Very simple issue but I still don't know how to solve it..
I am trying to produce a scatter plot of two arrays x, y using
scatter(pts1, ptcmems700)
xlabel('S1 θ (°C)');
ylabel('cmems θ (°C)');
How can I have dots belonging to pts1 being all red and dots beloging to ptcmems700 beign all black?
Thank you very much!

pts1 and ptcmems700 together define all the points, x and y coordinates repectively. What do you mean by dots belonging to pts1 and ptcmems700?

scatter(pts1, ptcmems700,[],ptcmems700)
xlabel('S1 θ (°C)');
ylabel('cmems θ (°C)');
