Padcat with multiple matrices

How do I use padcat to create multiple nx4 matrices?

You can use
A=[2 3;4 5];
m=4;
out=repmat(A,m,1)
%or
out=repmat(A,1,m)

Thanks guys, but I sort of side-stepped my problem using xlswrite in a for loop and updating the matrix each iteration. But Azzi's solution would also work
