Could you help? I cannot change size of my panels... Matlab Auto Reflow Problem

Hello,

I have a problem with Matlab auto reflow. I want to do sth like 2 panel with auto reflow.

Firstly, I increased the layout size of the app and add my panels one under the other, But when I run my code I cannot see all of the page. Some of the panels cannot seen.

Because of that I thought I must use auto reflow. But I cannot do auto reflow. I choose 2 panels with auto reflow, but then, what must I do? I searched all of the questions, documentation but there is no example of the code or detailed explanation. When i open and run 2 panels with autoreflow, my input panels cannot fit the left panel, and my graph cannot fit (get bigger) in the right panel. My app designer interface is sth like that:
