How to edit maneuver roads in junction?

I want to edit maneuver roads in junction. It can be achieved in most cases, but if I need two-way lanes, then no maneuvering roads will be generated.

The horizontal road is bidirectional

And there's no points edit in junction

So how do I solve this situation, can I open up editing this part of the content?
