Read particular column in .xlsx file and write in new .xlsx file.

I have excel file "Basefile 1.xlsx" in that file Data are in Column (A,B,C,D,E,F,G,H) from that i need to Create new excel file(.xlsx) and then copy the data from the "Basefile.xlsx - Sheet 2 - Column A,B,E,G". Then pasted it to the new excel file "Newfile.xlsx - Sheet 1 - Column A,B,C"
