Is it possible to change Simulink workspace colors?

158 views (last 30 days)
Hi!
I want to set the background of the Simulink desktop/workspace to black or any other dark color. The thing is that I am programming a lot and at the end of the day my eyes hurt. For this reason dark colors are better.
I have changed the background of Matlab and also of the editor. I don't know if this is also possible in Simulink.
Many thanks!

Ok, I found it. You can change it by doing right click on the background -> canvas color -> choose one.
It would be nice to have an option that reconfigures all the blocks, menus, etc. to dark colors.
If you know how to do it, just post it!
Cheers!

That's not a solution. It needs a color-scheme. For people staring at this stuff 8+ hours a day, our eyes burn-out. Simulink is even immune to the windows high-contrast color-schemes.
I know some groups uses colors, and it would conflict. But better to be able to turn it on and off as needed.

Hi, like other ppl say, pick in the background and chose format, later CANVAS, there u can change the color.
And if u want that the color of the blocks change, just do the same BUT pick in the block. xd
