@Jalpesh Dave, you can't. It's not possible with the Student version. You'd need the Professional license with the $5k "MATLAB Compiler Toolbox".
@Jonas, I believe you're mistaken when you say you could. I believe you could not, unless you were using a Professional license.

you are probably right, i had a look and the description i found was 'academic'. but i know that i had never issues with missing toolboxes

Yes, for restricted sets of MATLAB.
The Student version can purchase MATLAB Coder, which is able to compile subsets of MATLAB into C or C++ code that could then be compiled into an executable.
There are a lot of retrictions on what can be coded; for example, not much in the way of graphics is supported.
