How to close graph help popup from command line?

I am using a command line only version of Matlab through my computer's terminal. When I generated a video in a directory that hasn't used this script before, I get a popup saying "Interact directly with charts" (see below) infront of the figure, but I cannot close it because there is no display. I've tried running it a couple times to no avail.

This is a screenshot of the video after I transferred it to my desktop and played it. It is in every frame. Has anyone run into this issue or know how to solve it?

I have solved my problem, I ran another file that opens and closes an arbitrary file and then ran the video creating software after and it fixed the pop-up issue.
