Why does a DocBlock written in Word not show within Simulink Report?

I want to write the contents of a Docblock within Microsoft word which is possible. However when I then include that DocBlock in a Simulink Report via Simulink Report Generator, the contents of the DocBlock is not shown.
Why is this and how do you include DocBlock contents written in Microsoft word into the Simulink Report Generator?
