how to colour an area on graph

hello!

How do I (very simply as I'm not a tech savy person and have ZERO knowlege of coding etc) colour the area underneath the line on my figure? i just want it blue

again please the simplest way possible, this is my first time using this programme and i have no idea what im doing! i have the 2021 version
