How to add ramp up features on data signals

Hi all,

I am working on trying to insert ramp up on data signals. I know that MATLAB has the ramp up features for sine wave which is what I am trying to do but not with a Matlab-generated sine wave but onto a data (applying ramp up to replicate transient effects in real testing). Please refer on the picture to understand it better. I am not sure how to explain it in words. Hope it is clear! Please assist me, any help would be highly appreciated! I am so lost on this.
