Lookup Table with > 30 dimensions(n-D Lookup Table)

Dear friends,
In generaly, 1 The n-D Lookup Table has maximum n=30 dimensions.
I want to implement 1 n-D Lookup Table has n>30 dimensions. Ex : Lookup table for SINE and COSINE:
Y=SINE(x1,x2,...,x256)
How can I do it?

wouldn't this be a 1-d vector where you have one input that represents the input to the sine?

It is very unlikely that you mean 360 dimension. Note that even if you have only 2 points per dimension, you get the huge number of 2^360 elements in the table. You'd need 2.35*10^93 PetaByte to store this and this exceeds the number of protons in the universe.
An array with "3 dimensions" is:
zeros(2,3,4)
