Make a simulink subsystem uninterruptible

I was wondering if its possible to have a simulink software module, which later converted to C using Embedded coder to run on hardware, be broken-down into atomic blocks to avoid data corruption during pre-emption due to memory constraints.

Have you generated dll?

No,i don't think so. I don't know anything about generating dll.
