Manuals or Tutorials for xpc Target running on Simulink 2013a?

I have been able to find one video which shows the xpc target being used to control a robot arm but it is using an earlier version of simulink. Is there a manual, tutorials, or anything else so I can figure out how to use my xpc target hardware?
