locate coordinate of defects on composite material using image segmentation

Hi there, ive been doing project on localization defect on composite material using thermal image. I wonder is it possible to get the the real distance between each of the cirlce/defects and compare with the real composite material.

yeah, i can do the segmentation already. I couldnt find the method to create the measurement from the blop.
