Can another properly licensed MATLAB Online user access apps I put on MATLAB Online?

I would like to share my MATLAB Online apps with some other MATLAb users. Is this possible?

You can issue them an invitation to share a folder you made available with MATLAB Drive. If they accept then iirc the folder will be added to their search path.
Note: the toolboxes that they will be able to use will be restricted by their license, if you are making available an uncompiled app.
