what is SMI toolbox for PI-MOESP algorithm ? how knows about this?

hi all i have to to estimate the system order and the matrices, Aˆ ,Bˆ ,Cˆ ,Dˆ for a state-space model, in a paper used PI-MOESP algorithm and SMI 2.0 Toolbox for estimation the order and matrices. who knows about this toolbox? i can not find anything.

Unfortunately there is no guide for it but there are some examples (smidemo1,smidemo2, smidemo3). I think you can use also the System Identification Toolbox
