Resepected Sir/Madam,
I have 50 customers with their respective demand. I want to select random customers from pool of customers and assign it to particular vehicle without violating the capacity constraint.
We have T number of homogenous vehicles.

So where is the problem? Select a random set of customers. If that set violates the constraint, then try another set. If you don't know how to sample without replacement, then read the help for randperm.
