How can i upload my profile picture in MATLAB account ?

Wheni login to my MATLAB account, i could not upload the profile picture

It always shows Unable to upload image, Mathworks systems are not available currently, Try again later

Also By defualt there is another profile picture showing with a different image,

That image would be from your profile name..... it consists of first letters of your profile name.

Ok. But i should be able to edit the profile picture, by uploading a new image file.

It is not allowing to upload a new image file,

It shows error message Unable to upload image, Mathworks systems are not available currently, Try again later

Also, Restore default option is off or inactive. how can i use it or activate it

Hi VBBV,

It sounds like you’re being met with server trouble when uploading your profile picture. Are you using the following workflow?

1. Click the temporary profile image in the top-right hand corner of the MATLAB Answers page
2. Select My Community Profile
3. Find the “Profile Picture” section and click “Upload”
4. Select and upload your file

If not, please try that workflow. If that is where you are encountering issues, please try again in a while. Hopefully by that point the issue will have been resolved. If you still have trouble after a few minutes, please visit https://www.mathworks.com/support/contact_us.html and let them know what troubles you’re having.
