How can i start my system response from 1 sec and no from 0(default) ???

Are you talking about a Simulink model, a MATLAB Control System Toolbox Dynamic System. Please provide more details

In Simulink, go to the Modeling tab, Modeling>Model Settings>Model Settings>Solver This will bring you to the Configuration Parameters page where you can set the start time for your simulation
