How to know whether what are all the toolboxes are using in our current MATLAB machine?

There are multiple toolboxes in MATLAB.How can we check every toolbox usuage?
What are the steps to be followed to check the toolbox usuage?

run "license inuse"

If using network license from a server, the admin can give you those info.
I don't think you can get the same info if using stand-alone license.
