getgenbank function's error of downloading

I can't use getgenbank function because of the error below. I have succesfully used this code before with same internet connection. Can someone solve this problem before? Thanks.

I would guess your network connection has a problem. I could get it smoothly. Also, to my experience NCBI GenBank is not so user friendly; so, just try again!
