Plot of Short Term Energy (STE) of an acoustic signal and Number of frames

Please, I have a 5 minutes recorded acoustic signal with sampling frequency (fs) of 44100 Hz. I would like to section the signal into a number of frames and determine the STE of the signal in each frames using MATLAB.
And then have a plot of the STE and number of frames. Please, I will be glad to have some help. Thanks in advance.
