How keep running matlab on an another computer via a connection ssh when the connection is closed?

Hi everybody,
I am running matlab on a supercomputer via my personal computer through a ssh connection. My matlab code take more than a day to run, so when I left work with my PC I stop the connection with the supercomputer and the "run" stop.
I am wondering if someone know how I can manage to keep my program running on the supercomputer even if the connection with my computer is closed?
Thancks in advance! Cheers Thomas

Try using the "screen" utility. You start it on the remote machine after you ssh in and then you can reconnect to the session later. The man page has examples of how to list the sessions and reconnect.
It's also possible to use the Parallel Computing Toolbox to allow you to submit your work right from MATLAB and then get the job results later, but it takes some setup on the machines in question.
