how can i add a sin wave of 400hz with a wav format audio file of 44100hz in matlab ??

i want to superimpose a sine wave of 400hz with a WAV file of 44100HZ. please tell me the of doing it in matlab

44100Hz refers to the sampling rate of the WAV file. Is your sine wave sampled at the same rate but is a 400Hz tone? If so, just multiply the two. If not, then you need to add interpolated points so that the two signals have the same number of points before multiplying.
