How to place a molecules on a flat surface

1 view (last 30 days)
I want to put the molecules on a 1cm*1cm surface and I get the pdb file of the streptavidin and biotin. So how can I create a flat surface to put the molecules on it? streptavidin and biotin will put on different surface individually so at the moment it won't overlap with each other. Should I create a matrix and put each molecules hand by hand or is there any method I can fit in the molecules automatically? Thank you

No, but I can discrib it. Basically there's a 2D surface with full of streptavidin, but molecules on the surface won't overlap, like each of them have a certain space bewteen each other but I will try to maximize the molecules I can put on the surface as much as I can. Then I need to do the same process with biotin.

I draw an example haha. So the concept will be like the picture
