ACCELEROMETER DATA SEGMENTAION WINDOW

I have a accelerometer data with 100 sampling frequency.

Data contain Gx Gy and Gz. i want to create a window of 5 seconds each contain 500 samples because sampling frequency is 100Hz.

Window should be 5sec with non overlapping of 10sec. if anybody can help and provide me the script for that. I really be thankful for that?

window = ones(500, 1);
