S-function builder Integrate C codes

Dear Support Engineers,

I have a question about integrating autoSAR C codes in S-function builder, as the following:

D:\Project_GeelyA20\Tools\script\UT_Test\Source/simstruc.h:4521:5: error: redeclaration of enumerator 'SS_TIMESOURCE_BASERATE'

In fact, Elow.c 190 is decalare #include "simstruc.h".
