different sound file times

hello friends

please i need help.

the different sound file times, the frame rate of each file is not equal and do not apply

any classification algorithm because of different features length. , how can i used data framing to fix the

sampling rate of each record file.

If you want all of the sound files to have the same sampling frequency, use the Signal Processing Toolbox resample function. Once you choose a specific sampling frequency for all of them, you can use that as the ‘p’ and the original sampling frequency for a specific file as the ‘q’ so that they are all the same.
