How can I increase the text size of the MATLAB help documentation with a Swiss keyboard on Macbook given that the "+"-sign is accessed by pressing "Shift + 1"?

In Windows the combination "Ctrl" + "Shift" + "=" works, may be you can try "Ctrl" + "Shift + 1".
Or you can refer to Customize Keyboard Shortcuts & set your own shortcut.

I assign a shortcut to "Zoom In" (e.g., Command+y), but the Help Window is not responsive to the shortcut. So I'm stuck with a Documentation at a font size that I can't read. (R2020a, Mac OS Mojave 10.14.6)

Same thing here with MacOS Monterey 12.6 and Matlab R2022a: impossible to come back to a readable fontsize. I tried to assign any other shortcut but nothing works. It doesn't seem to be doable graphically neither.

Did you try holding down the control or command key while rolling the mousewheel?

I just tested and it works only to zoom out... So like the shortcuts, only in one "direction".
My workaround for now is to switch to another keyboard layout (the spanish one), and then the CMD-+ magically works.
Note that it is not related to having a SHIFT involved or not since using the default shortcuts without a SHIFT involved or creating one still doesn't work with the FR-swiss apple keyboard.
