two signal comparison, detection of signal distortion

Hi
I have two signals A and B. Signal A has some transition points identified ( the time for each transition point is known). I want to detect the signal distortion in signal B, 30 seconds before and after each transition point occurred in signal A. I was considering looking at Signal to noise ration or power spectral density.
I would appreciate any suggestions on this. Thanks in advance! please let me know if any clarifications in needed.
example of Signal A data: 90 91 92 94 98 98 98 98 80 81 83 88 87 82 89 82 82 92 77 59 91 ... (1 sample per second)
desires transition point : 92
example singal B data: 1000 1092 1082 1922 3000 3002 3990 2999 1002 1004 1009 2888 1087 ... ( 125 samples per second)

Hi,
For two signal comparison or even more you can use Signal Analyzer that works fine for simulation with matlab and Simulink. With signal analyzer you can visualize, preprocess, measure, analyze, and compare signals in the time domain, in the frequency domain, and in the time-frequency domain.
For more info on Signal Analyzer usage, refer to following:
Hope it helps !
