Why am I unable to retrieve Polyspace Access results following a network interruption?

After recovering from a network interruption my Polyspace Access uploads are hanging at 0%.

The ETL service that scans for incoming files is not able to recover properly following a network interruption. At this time the workaround is to restart the ETL service. A bug report has been submitted to address this in a future release.
